Overview
We are currently accepting applications for Business Analyst Internships within our Performance team, starting in January 2026 at our London office. The internship lasts between four and six months and focuses on operations, procurement, risk/resilience and supply chain topics.
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be an active member of project teams and take on responsibilities similar to those of full-time junior consultants

Responsibilities
We are expanding our Performance Practice to build a high-performing team and you could be part of it.
During your internship, you will:
- Apply strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data
- Synthesize findings into clear, action-oriented recommendations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Support client-facing activities such as interviews and workshops
- Work in our London office and occasionally at client sites (in the UK or abroad)
- Contribute to wider business initiatives including business development, client management, and project delivery
- Successful interns may be offered a permanent Business Analyst position within the Performance team
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with sharp analytical skills, creativity, drive, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
- Academic excellence in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics)
- A degree and Master’s/MBA preferred
- Prior internship experience in an analytical or consulting-related environment and/or manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
- An interest in working within consulting on operations, procurement, risk/resilience and supply chain topics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently and professionally
- A motivated, self-starting attitude and a strong collaborative spirit
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
